All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Within Nairobi
Customers within Nairobi may receive same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time and location.

Delivery Outside Nairobi
Orders outside Nairobi are delivered through trusted courier services and usually arrive within 1–3 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before delivery. Some products may qualify for promotional free delivery within selected areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp with delivery updates.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, our team will reach out to arrange another delivery.
